Kelsey joined our team in the Fall of 2023 as a Ward Assistant, and has since moved into the role of a Technician Assistant. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Animal Sciences. While at school, Kelsey interned at the Champaign County Humane Society in the medical lab and plans to continue her education in the veterinary field.

At home, she shares her life with three German Shorthaired Pointers—Charlie, Jack, and Rosie—whom her family has been caring for since their birth in 2009. At work, Kelsey enjoys furthering her education by observing procedures and gaining first-hand experience in the veterinary hospital setting. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies, reading books, and spending quality time with her family and pets.
